WIOA Youth Program: 
Young people need the skills, training and education to establish and follow their dreams. We are here to help them. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program provides year-round employment, academic, and training services to eligible out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 24 and in-school youth between the ages of 14 and 21. The program targets youth with barriers to employment.

Visit the United States Department of Labor's Youth Services
WIOA 14 Program elements:
- Tutoring, study skills, and instruction leading to secondary school completion
- Alternative secondary school offerings or dropout recovery strategies
- Paid and unpaid work experiences
- Occupational skills training, with a focus on recognized postsecondary credentials and in-demand occupations
- Leadership development activities (ex: community service, peer-centered activities)
- Supportive services (transportation, child care, work uniforms, tools, etc.)
- Adult mentoring
- Comprehensive guidance and counseling
- Integrated education and training for a specific occupation or cluster
- Financial literacy education
- Entrepreneurial skills training
- Services that provide labor market information about in-demand industry sectors and occupations
- Postsecondary preparation and transition activities
- Follow-up services for 12 months after program completion
